I had a vision while listening to a certain song and I had to make my muse proud. This painting I believe achieves that goal as well as telling a wonderful story. The lion is standing in the opening of a disheveled temple taking back what man built & claiming it as his own. As he roars the sun is setting and a big blast of sunshine makes it through the clouds to shine on the lion; showing mother nature's approval of his work!
