Osiris was a major deity in ancient Egypt and signified rejuvenation, resurrection & life. This beautiful golden papyrus has the god's statue on the far left side as he's seated on a royal throne complete with golden hieroglyphics & in the center of the painting is his Egyptian name- Wesir- written in hieroglyphics. The entire papyrus is surrounded in wonderful bright colors as you would find on many real ancient Egyptian papyri.
